A strip mall is a shopping complex containing a row of various stores, businesses and restaurants that usually open onto a common parking lot.
Madison Square Pioneer
The first thing that went through my mind is the Madison Square Pioneer. It is located near Sheridan St. in Mandaluyong City. We usually eat here when we don’t have food at home.
It is a strip mall with a contemporary design. It has many restaurants and bars. People usually go to it at night. It is a place where you can hang out with your friends. It is very much alive at night. You can eat, drink and dance til you drop! The only problem that I see is its limited parking. The parking isn’t proportional to the number of stores. Also, the place isn’t maintained properly. This maybe the reason why a lot of stores close after some months…
